Guaranteeing well-trained, knowledgeable personnel

Few tasks are more important than ensuring well-trained, knowledgeable personnel. ADC is dedicated to providing a robust entry-level and continuing education training program in accordance with our customers' requirements and expectations. The ADC Academy, a training portal for all ADC LTD NM personnel, accomplishes this by offering courses in personnel security and physical security.

ADC’s mission is to be the trusted source of personnel security background investigations and physical security for the United States government, state and local governments, and private industry. We seek to maintain the highest standards and level of integrity – always promoting the security of our great nation first and foremost. To this end, the goal of the ADC Academy is to establish training standards and procedures that help provide our customers with the most accurate and complete investigations possible throughout the investigative process. ADC is equally dedicated to providing the best possible training for our armed and unarmed security guards and other physical security personnel throughout the United States.

For ADC, successful training means all personnel are:

• In compliance with all ADC policies and procedures, including policies and procedures provided by our customers;
• Proficient in their job responsibilities;
• Able to adjust to changes in policies and procedures and identify deficiencies in their work product and the work products of their colleagues;
• Able to professionally and successfully communicate with one another to adjust to changes in policies and procedures and to resolve deficiencies;
• Able to provide their own quality control and work successfully within the quality control processes of ADC; and
• Evaluated to identify issues in their work products, resolving issues with remediation.
